What do you buy the cycling memorabilia collector who has everything? Well, there's always this 2014 McLaren Sporthome which was built to the demands and tastes of a certain British Tour de France and Olympic champion – Sir Bradley Wiggins.

Brad's bus becomes a mobile home under the hammer on September the 21st when it goes up for sale with BCA at the car auctioneers Blackbushe site in Surrey. The bespoke vehicle was built by Lancashire firm McLaren (not that one) and has some typically Brad-ish touches.

Based on a long-wheelbase Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 316 2.1 it's been vinyl wrapped in Team Wiggins colours of blue with chromed wing mirrors and bull bar and 8-spoke alloy wheels.

The Sporthome features a strong Team GB theme red, white and blue leather seating with ‘Wiggo’ detail on the headrests, as well as Union Jacks on the dashboard. If you're interested in the practical bits there's a double bed, combined shower/toilet, integrated kitchen area with fridge, cooker and wash basin, overhead lockers and, naturally, a storage area/repair bay for bikes.

Perfect for post-Brexit holidays in Europe?

There is a seating area with two swivel seats and fold down table and five television screens (two with Sky of course…). If you're interested then check out bca.co.uk to find out more. A guide price has yet to be set, but with only 5,500 miles on the clock it's unlikely to be cheap. An ex-Team Sky motorhome went for £31,000 on eBay in 2015!

Perfect for anyone else with the nickname Wiggo!

If a Wiggo motorhome is a bit much, then you could always check out a Swift Basecamp crossover camping vehicle in suitably modish livery!
